NVA LOVES MATH 

MATH OLYMPIADS

Students in grades 4th thru 6th are having the opportunity to participate in our Math Olympiads (MOEMS) this school year and we are off to a wonderful start.  Third grade students will participate in Junior Olympiads.  After two meetings the students are beginning to explore various problem solving strategies and engage in lively debates with Olympiad Coaches to find solutions

The first competition is on November 18th!!  Watch for more information.

T-shirts and pennants have been passed out - Look for the blue pennants in classrooms and the office that show our talented Olympiad students.
