Option 1*: Ten
Equal Monthly payments beginning June 1, 2009 through March 1, 2010 (April

Full year's tuition due on June 1, 2009 with an 9% deduction (Yearly
activity fees may be included in 9% discount)
Option 3*:
Half year's tuition due on June 1, 2009 with a 4% deduction and second half
of year's tuition due on November 1, 2009 with a 4% deduction (Yearly
activity fees may be included in 4% discount)
